John McPhail

John never uses casts or moulds in his work. Using a gas welding technique, every sculpture is started by melting the steel and forming the pose. No two sculptures or clocks can EVER be the same. They are like the birth of a child, unique, with their character special to their owner.

Born in Scotland, John lives and works in Moffat in the Borders.
