Vanessa Livesley

Born in 1973, Vanessa studied fashion design at Cardonald College, Glasgow on leaving school, and returning there in 1999 to study jewellery design and silversmith.

Her work is mostly made from silver and semi-precious stones, with texture and simplicity playing an important part in her designs. She also works in anodised aluminium, which she dyes in a range of vibrant colours. Each piece of Jeweller is handmade so no two pieces are the same.

Vanessa still lives and works in Glasgow.
