Ashley P. Jennings (hn dip)



Ashley Jennings was born in Sheffield in 1962 and now lives in Crieff. From an early age, drawing has been very important to him and he received his first commission at the age of fourteen! He attended Dundee College five years ago where he discovered an interest in pastel work to add to his love of watercolour painting. Over the last three years he has gained an HND in Illustration and now tutors with Strath Learning and Perth College community learning.



His paintings have gone as far as Canada and New Zealand and printed illustrations have been published by D.C Thomson. One of his latest pieces of work is a mural commissioned by Scottish and Newcastle which took 6 months to paint. He has an interest in most forms of art from print making to lettering and painting and is also trained in IT graphic design, which gives an even broader range to his abilities.
