John Glynn

John Glynn, originally from Plymouth, now Banff, takes his inspiration from the surrounding landscape. His drawings are amalgamations of recollections of places and scenes, inspired by particular areas.
He started his working life as a scaffolder - a bit of a step away from what he does now! John says he has always had a passion to paint and draw - since school age he has been almost compelled to create his works of art.
