Chris Comins

Chris began a series of apprenticeships with glassmakers in London after travelling from his home in Sydney, Australia. Although he now lives in the Wye Valley in Gloucestershire he says-
‘I have not lost my Australian roots. My colour palette is more vibrant and strong, memories of large, bright Oz skies rather than a reflection of England’s muted colours…I have worked with glass for a long period. It is a dynamic and exciting material that still motivates me today
