Raphael Ceschi

Born in Rimini on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, Raphael expressed an interest and a natural gift for drawing and art as a form of expression at an early age. His first works on canvas are at the age of fourteen, thanks to the interest received at school.
After traveling intensively through Europe and America, Raphael moved to Amsterdam where he enjoyed eight years of relative calm and stability. The relaxed atmosphere of the city proved to be extremely beneficial and translated into a period of intense creativity. The colours in his landscapes are calm and suggestive while strong, evocative and often sensual in the rest of his work. Raphael is now living in St. Andrews Scotland. His work is always very personal, the style unique.
