Statement by Isle of Mull artist Judy: "Perhaps because I live on a remote island, I love to drive through a big city at night, with the intensity of neon and the fast pulse of the streets beating in my ears. I used loads of texture to ‘earth’ this piece, creating tracks and lines, symbolic of a city. Bandage too, the sort used for setting broken limbs……perhaps unconsciously, perhaps not"!
