John never uses casts or moulds in his work. Using a gas welding technique, every sculpture is started by melting the steel and forming the pose. No two sculptures can EVER be the same. They are like the birth of a child, unique, with their character special to their owner.

Born in Scotland, John lives and works in Moffat in the Borders.
