In my figurative work and portrait commissions, I try to catch the internal and external likeness of the sitter, through faithful intensity of observation and study of the Old Masters' work. My luminous paintings require layers of transparent pigments, which are then coated with glaze. Thus my works achieve higher-realistic look that allows viewers to unite the picture with their illusion.
